Core Concepts
Status Pages
Status pages are the public-facing view of your service health. They display component statuses, active incidents, scheduled maintenance, and uptime history.
Overview
Each status page has a unique slug and is accessible at pingbase.online/status/your-slug. Status pages are always public — no authentication is required for visitors to view them.
Customization
You can customize your status page from Dashboard → Settings:
Name— The title displayed at the top of your status page.
Logo— Upload your company logo to brand the page.
Favicon— Custom browser tab icon.
Primary Color— The accent color used for buttons and highlights.
Background Color— The page background color.
Timezone— All timestamps on the page are displayed in this timezone.
Meta Title & Description— SEO metadata for search engines.
Support Email / URL— Displayed on the page so users know where to get help.
